Join us on an adventurous cruise to Blue Heart Springs. This stunning stretch of the Snake River features multiple crystal clear springs that rush into the river. Interactively learn about the history and ecology of the area spotting fish below and predatory birds above. Make a stop by the outlet of Box Canyon on the way to the iconic Blue Heart Springs. Jumping in the water is highly encouraged! Snorkeling gear is provided upon request for those who wish to explore more of the 59 degree spring water systems. Finally, make your way down the shoreline to Ritter Island to see Lemon Falls and float down the river current before making the return trip home.

What to Bring: 

  • Wear clothing appropriate for the conditions– hats are recommended for especially sunny days or a jacket for windy weather

  • Swimsuits are encouraged for those adventurous enough to jump into the springs. Bring a towel or soak in the sun to naturally dry off

  • Water-friendly shoes like strap-on sandals are suggested

  • Although the boat is covered, insect repellent / sunscreen may improve your experience

Zip down the rivers edge towards the outlet of Box Canyon before navigating down to the hidden gem of Blue Heart Springs for a look at the Caribbean blue water. Strap on some snorkel gear and take a dip in the cool water to explore this iconic area! Our tour also includes a visit to Ritter Island; lush greenery and diverse wildlife with an unparalleled view of Lemon Falls. Book with us today and join for an exhilarating tour on one of our new machines! Must be 18 years or older to operate.

  • Mandatory 30 minute operating orientation before departure

What to Bring

  • Manufacturer recommended attire includes neoprene or similar bottoms that extend past mid thigh. You are provided the option to deny the use of a wetsuit with the signing of additional waivers.

  • Water friendly shoes (i.e. strap on sandals), these may be stored on board the vehicle.

  • For your safety we strongly recommend wearing sunscreen. There is no covering on board the watercraft and burns are common.

Tour Schedules

  • Sea-Doo tours are available at very limited capacity. Only one tour will be available per day either starting at 10am or 2pm. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

  • The guided portion of the tour lasts approximately 1 hour, any additional hours of rental are free use.

Kayak Tours

About

Gear up for a kayaking trip to Blue Heart Springs! Accompanied by one of our certified guides, learn about the surrounding area's environment and history as you make your way down this stretch of the Snake River sprinkled with multiple picturesque springs. Paddle at your own pace and take in the views! Enjoy a pit stop at the outlet of Box Canyon before arriving at the iconic Blue Heart Springs where you can make the leap into the refreshing 59 degree water and let the sun dry you off for the return trip.

Trip time dependent upon your watercraft booking (2 hours)

Groups of up to 3 watercraft per guide

After kayak rental, pay an additional fee of  $45 to be accompanied by one of our guides for a private tour 

All guides are certified by the State of Idaho and in Red Cross First Aid

  • Limited inventory of snorkel gear available upon request

What to Bring: 

  • Wear clothing appropriate for the conditions–you will get wet! Swimsuits or other quick drying clothing are strongly encouraged. Hats and sunscreen are suggested.

  • Water-friendly shoes like strap-on sandals are recommended, but you are welcome to leave your footwear for the excursion.

  • As there is no covering on the kayaks, sunscreen will be important to the enjoyment and safety of your experience.

Tour Schedules:

  • 2 guided tours are available per day (Monday-Saturday)

  • Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
